The Rolex Grand Final supported by The R&A will return to Club de Golf Alcanada for the fifth time when the HotelPlanner Tour’s end-of-season showpiece returns to the Balearic island in 2025.
The Alcúdia venue hosted the Road to Mallorca finale for a fourth time in November last year having successfully staged the event in 2019, 2022 and 2023, with the stunning coastal layout returning this year for the fifth time in HotelPlanner Tour history.
The Rolex Grand Final, which will take place from October 30-November 2, will see the leading 45 players on the season-long Road to Mallorca Rankings battle for one of 20 life-changing DP World Tour cards.
The 2024 edition saw the event broadcast live around the world for a third season in a row, with Norwegian Kristoffer Reitan claiming victory in Mallorca to make sure of promotion to golf’s Global Tour, while Dane Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen’s second-place finish saw him crowned Road to Mallorca Number One.
The season finale has a history of finding the next generation of golfing superstars, with DP World Tour winners Matteo Manassero, Jesper Svensson, Rasmus Højgaard and Victor Perez all having impressed at Alcanada on their way to promotion.
Club de Golf Alcanada, named after the nearby island which is home to the area’s iconic lighthouse, was designed by legendary course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr and opened for play in 2003. Rated by many as the best golf course in Mallorca, Alcanada boasts world-class practice facilities and first-rate amenities, including the island’s first Toptracer-equipped driving range.
