Race to Dubai leader Patrick Reed grouped with Francesco Molinari and Guido Migliozzi at DS Automobiles 83° Open d'Italia

Patrick Reed, the leader of the Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World, will play alongside home star Francesco Molinari and Guido Migliozzi in the opening two rounds of this week's DS Automobiles 83° Open d'Italia.

The World Number 29, twice a winner so far this season in Dubai and Qatar respectively, is the top-ranked player in the field as he targets a strong response to his first missed cut in almost a year at last week's US PGA Championship.

American Reed will begin his second appearance at Italy's national open at 07:50 off the tenth tee on Thursday, with two-time event winner Molinari - a member at host venue Circolo Golf Club Torino - and four-time DP World Tour winner Migliozzi in an eye-catching three-ball that will likely draw big crowds.

Ten minutes earlier, Casey Jarvis - one of three multiple winners this season along with fellow South African Jayden Schaper and Reed - tees it up alongside recent first-time DP World Tour winner Kota Kaneko of Japan and Finland's Oliver Lindell, who has not missed a cut so far this season across 16 starts.

On the other side of the draw, defending champion Adrien Saddier is drawn with Spanish duo Eugenio Chacarra and David Puig - both winners on the 2026 Race to Dubai - as they start off the first tee at 13:05.

Matt Wallace is alongside Jacob Skov Olesen and Joaquin Niemann, who is coming off a career-best finish in a Major Championship at the U.S. Open last week, as they start their weeks at 12:55.

Twenty minutes later, Europe's Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald is alongside rising Spanish star Angel Ayora and Mikael Lindberg of Sweden.
