• Eleven of his 18 European Tour wins have now come whilst in his 40s, which extends his record for most wins on The European Tour by a player in their 40s
• Becomes the eighth oldest winner in European Tour history, aged 46 years and 243 days
• Becomes the oldest winner of the Omega European Masters, beating Eduardo Romero, who was 46 and 55 days in 2000
