The 2021 Road to Mallorca saw four German players earn DP World Tour cards for 2022; Yannik Paul, Marcel Schneider, Marcel Siem and Hurly Long.

Paul finished in ninth position on the Road to Mallorca Rankings to earn promotion to the DP World Tour in 2022. The German burst onto the scene at the Irish Challenge at the start of the year with a tie for fourth place at Portmarnock Links and continued to impress for the remainder of the campaign with six further top ten finishes, including a second place at the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A.

Schneider secured two European Challenge Tour victories in 11 starts to finish 11th on the Road to Mallorca Rankings and secure his 2022 DP World Tour card, while Siem, a four-time DP World Tour winner, ended a seven year winless drought after securing a maiden Challenge Tour victory at the 2021 Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge and went on to finish in 15th position on the Rankings to secure his return to the top tier.

Long secured DP World Tour playing rights courtesy of a solid season on the Challenge Tour with six top ten finishes, including a second place at the Challenge de Cádiz. The 26-year-old demonstrated his consistency, only missing four cuts in 22 Challenge Tour appearances and finished in 17th place on the Rankings.
