The wait for Major season is over as the world's best head down Magnolia Lane for the 90th edition of the Masters Tournament.
Here is all that players of the DP World Tour's official fantasy game need to know, including a one-week special challenge.
It is 12 months since those remarkable scenes when Rory McIlroy dropped to his knees on the 18th green at Augusta National having become just the sixth player to complete the career Grand Slam.
The Northern Irishman now arrives with all the trappings of the champion - including the privilege of hosting the 'Champions Dinner' - and all eyes will be on him when the action gets under way on Thursday.
If he is to become just the fourth player in history to successfully defend the title after Jack Nicklaus, Sir Nick Faldo and Tiger Woods, however, he will have to beat a world-class field.
Two-time champion and World Number One Scottie Scheffler will arrive with expectation he can complete a hat-trick, while Tommy Fleetwood, Matt Fitzpatrick, three-time runner-up Justin Rose and rookie Chris Gotterup can lead a strong pack of 36 DP World Tour members.
From insight into the week’s most-picked players among Fantasy managers, to our ones to watch, we run the rule ahead of Thursday’s deadline to pick your team.
Who are the most backed players?
With three top five finishes - including his 20th PGA TOUR victory - in his last six starts, Scheffler is the clear favourite among Fantasy managers, featuring in 66% of teams.
World Number Two McIlroy is next in second place at 51%, followed by the in-form Fitzpatrick (41%) and fellow European Ryder Cup teammates Justin Rose and Ludvig Åberg (both 31%).
Who are our ones to watch?
Here, we pick out three players in action this week who are worth considering for your Fantasy team selections.
Favourite - Scottie Scheffler
You say predictable. You say boring. We say logical. As he is every week he tees it up, Scheffler is the favourite with the bookmakers despite his recent dip in form. Of course, this being Scheffler, his dip would be the envy of most, with finishes of tied-12th, tied-24th and tied-22nd representing his "slump". His wins at Augusta in 2022 and 2024 came at double figures under par and by three and four shots respectively, he has never finished outside the top 20 and has been in the top ten for four consecutive Masters. When the best player in the world is a course specialist, the rest of the field may have a problem.
Form Horse - Matt Fitzpatrick
Already a Major Champion at the U.S. Open, Fitzpatrick is quite possibly in the form of his life and coming into a Major that should suit his game. His tie for 40th at last year's Masters came after two consecutive missed cuts but he has not missed one since. In that spell he has finished in the top ten at the US PGA Championship and The Open and won the DP World Tour Championship, while in his last two starts he finished second at THE PLAYERS Championship and won the Valspar Championship. After also reaching a career-high fifth in the Official World Golf Ranking last week, the Englishman has never been in better shape arriving at Augusta.
Wild Card - Adam Scott
It says a lot about the nature of the Masters that former champions and modern greats can be reduced to Wild Card status but it is fair to think – and the bookmakers would agree – that the Australian would be a surprise winner. And maybe there are reasons for that: the 2013 champion will be 46 this summer and has not won an event since 2020. But he is not teeing it up in his 98th consecutive Major for no reason. That swing is as beautiful as ever, he is still around the top 50 in the world, and perhaps most crucially, he ranks in the top three for approach on the PGA TOUR this season. He has not missed a cut since The Open and has three top tens in his last nine starts. Could there be one more truly glorious moment to come?

It wasn't our best week when it comes to this regular column, with our Favourite David Puig and Wild Card Veer Ahlawat missing the cut, while our Favourite Casey Jarvis finished in a tie for 13th.
