DP World Tour winners Marco Penge and Joaquín Niemann are among the latest players who will compete at the BMW International Open in Germany.
Penge, a three-time winner on Tour last season, withdrew from this week's U.S. Open due to ongoing health issues but the Englishman is set to return to DP World Tour action later this summer.
Such was his consistency, only career Grand Slam winner Rory McIlroy managed to finish ahead of the 28-year-old in the 2025 Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World.
Last year, Penge finished tied 11th as countryman Daniel Brown won the title with his fellow dual DP World Tour and PGA TOUR member already confirmed to defend his title.
Niemann, 27, will make his event debut at Golfclub München Eichenried from July 2-5 as an invite and he joins a strong international field.
The former World Number One amateur golfer, who has represented Chile at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games, finished in a tie for 18th place at last month’s US PGA Championship.
Among those also confirmed for the event on the European Swing are South Korea's Byeong-Hun An, champion of the BMW PGA Championship in 2015, Mexican Abraham Ancer, Sebastián Muñoz from Colombia and Spain's José Luis Ballester.
German amateurs Finn Kölle and Thomas Georg Schmidt will also make their BMW International Open debut.
