Here is everything you need to know from Friday at Doha Golf Club.
Marathon man Aiken fighting hard for his card
Starting the week 161st on the Race to Dubai Rankings in Partnership with Rolex, South African Thomas Aiken needs to do something special to sneak into the top 116. And his task was made even harder by having to play 31 holes on Friday following Thursday's weather issues. But he rose to the challenge, moving from one over par after five holes to three under at the end of his first round before adding a second-round 65 which contained eight birdies and a solitary bogey. That left him ten under par when play was suspended due to fading light on Friday evening, sharing the lead with Daniel Hillier and Santiago Tarrio who will return to complete their second rounds on Saturday morning.
McKibbin chips in... twice!
Tom McKibbin came up just shy of the green with his tee-shot at the par-four 16th but made no mistake with his second, chipping in for this extraordinary eagle.

And history repeated itself as he chipped in again from just off the fifth green.
Bunker brilliance from Olesen
Thorbjørn Olesen showed his considerable skills from the sand with this stunning bunker shot at the first. How good is this?!
Former champ in fine form
Spaniard Alvaro Quiros, who won this event in 2009, rolled back the years on Friday as he posted a sensational 66 to storm up the leaderboard. Playing 27 holes on day two, Quiros completed his first-round 70 before making seven birdies and a single bogey in round two to jump to eight under par and sit two shots behind the leaders.
A tale of two rounds for Catlin
John Catlin looked likely to miss the cut after carding a first-round 77 but he turned things around in style in the second round, firing nine birdies in a spotless 63 to get to four under.
