All you need to know about The Ballroom at this year's event.
Car Parking
Car parking for the event is limited and one car park pass for Car Park 5 has been allocated per two guests. Please follow event signage to Car Park 5, which is to be accessed through the Green Entrance located off the A30.
Shuttles will be running throughout the day to / from the car park and a dedicated drop-off / pick-up point located near the Practice Range.
In terms of travelling by train, the nearest mainline station is Virginia Water and a complimentary shuttle bus will be available from / to the train station and the entrance to the Championship Village.

Dining
The Ballroom Hospitality follows a relaxed and informal dining layout and guests will be provided with a table number upon arrival. A buffet breakfast will be provided upon arrival, followed by a buffet lunch and finishing with afternoon grazing boards later on in the day.
Shuttles to the Halfway House will be provided throughout the day, where refreshments will be available.
Dress Code
The dress code for the Ballroom is smart casual/golfing attire.
Cloakroom
There will be no cloakroom facilities but you are welcome to leave anything at your table for the day, but please note this is done so at your own risk.
